We personally know this Beautiful Woman, her vision, ethos, food is beautiful. We love everything about this babe x

Hola!
> Tell us a little bit about your journey, where did you grow up?
> My life journey's been literally a journey: I've been a traveller since my young age. My family and I moved around different cities in Argentina, where I was born, during my childhood and teenage. So I grew up nowhere and everywhere. And now here I am, living on the other side of the world. Travelling is a lifestyle that shapes you into an independent, unattached, open to changes type of person. I'm very grateful for that.

> 3 words to describe yourself?
> Very Leo, but improved :P

> Favourite place in the world and why?
> Mamma Bali! The people make the place, and Bali has the kindest, most chill and lovely people in the world. I move around Bali like it would be my own homeplace, it feels so familiar to be there... Maybe it was my home once, in another life :)

> Tell us a little about the process in creating your menu.. walk us through the process.
> I'm a very visual person, so normally inspiration comes from watching others. Once I see something I like, I make my own version with the ingredients available at that time, and always adding more colour. A dish needs to have at least 3 layers of colours: the base, sauce, and topping, all contrasting. We eat with our eyes first, so food must be colourful, and attractive, and beautiful.

> What does success mean to you?
> These are not my words, but I agree with Ralph Emerson about what success is:

"Success is to laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!”

> What are your non-negotiable’s?
> Mmmm, never thought about it... I think "respect" is definitely non-negotiable. But apart from that, I believe n
othing is 'non-negotiable in life. I've changed my mentality, my opinions, my beliefs, so many times, and as I keep developing myself, it will keep changing. Thank god! :P
I'm open to considering all possibilities and all options. I don't see 'right or wrong', I see choices. I don't believe in a universal morality, not even for myself. Things change, people change, the world changes, I change.

> Favourite Food?
> ... It's been 10 minutes of thinking about this answer and can't decide! I have no favourites, but definitely anything with avocado.

> What does a day off in Mila’s world look like?
> As a South American, social life is essential. I like sharing my time off with the people I love. Always some music going on, having 'mate' with friends, chatting, laughing, talking about boys, haha.

> Favourite Book?
> The power of now, my bible.

> Anything else you want to share
> I encourage people to be mindful about what they eat. I invite people to revisit their intentions, to slow down and pay attention to the way their body is reacting to the changes. Let's make sure there is colour in our diet. The more rainbow, the better! Go back to your childhood and try those veggies again that you think you don’t like. Cook from scratch. Try vegetarian or vegan for a while. Feel the positive change. Change is good! and starts at the end of your fork.
