Why do I love teaching Yoga?ย

Yoga means union; to yoke or to unite.ย

For me, teaching Yoga is a service to guiding others to the Union within and without ~ to Oneness ~ between the breath, the mind, body, and soul, to the Self, each other, the Universe, God, Mother Nature, to EVERYTHING.ย

I was drawn to Yoga at a young age, and have since dedicated my life to deepening my connection to the Divine Truth, learning, studying, practicing, and preserving and sharing the sacred teachings of Yoga with others.ย

Yoga has led me to devote myself to guiding others on their journey ~ to awaken their Soul, and unite with their Heart ~ to LOVE. Years of humbly teaching a vast variety of students, workshops, retreats, Yoga Teacher Trainings, as well as creating several Yoga programs, I have witnessed profound transformations in my Self and in students.ย

Teaching Yoga is an opportunity for me to serve and support people on their journey ~ assisting students to build awareness of the connection between their mind, body, and soul ~ย to experience the Bliss, Love, & Light that emanates from their own Being, and to re-discover that same connection with all Beings.

My love is for sharing the deeper teachings of Yoga and Meditation, and Iโm grateful that the asana (physical practice) can be a tool or vehicle that is accessible for people to experience glimpses of the interconnectedness that exists, and their limitless potential and possibilities. I love to sprinkle in the teachings through the asana classes as much as I canย ๐.

I facilitate using traditional yoga asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, ritual, and spiritual teachings used as tools to purify, surrender, let go, receive, and arrive into the fullness of our own present Being. I aspire for students to feel embodied with Love, harmonized in mind and body; and leaving classes with a sense of healing, renewal, mindfulness, clarity, empowerment, and peace in all things.ย

Teaching and sharing Yoga is truly my Dharma aligned with my heart, and as I continue my own journey, I feel eternally blessed to serveย ๐๐ผ.ย

I am devoted to being a guide for others back Home to their Truth and Freedom, to their own Self discovery & Highest Self, that is waiting to be accessed in each and every moment.ย
